What's the ideal temp range for a mixed reef tank? I've got Zoanthids, Acros, and a few LPS like Hammers. My tank's been sitting at 78°F, but I've heard some folks push it to 80°F for growth. Running a 75-gallon with dual AI Primes, 1.026 salinity, and weekly 10% changes.

I've had my purple tip frogspawn for about a year now, and it's been doing great - healthy, full, and growing. Lately though, I've noticed it's lost that nice purple color on the tips. I'm wondering what could be causing this change and if there's anything I can do to get the color back.

You also gotta consider where you're gonna be living in college - dorm, apartment, house? Are they gonna allow all these tanks and will your roommates be cool with it? I'm kinda in the same situation, planning to set up a 75 before leaving for college in three years, so I'm definitely doing it ...
