Have you checked your water params? Sometimes high nitrates can stunt plant growth. Test your water just to rule that out.

Tagword, what salt mix are you using? Some brands run high in nitrates straight outta the bag. I switched to Red Sea Blue Bucket and saw a drop.

Don't forget about feeding. Frozen mysis is cheap and corals love it. Thaw a cube, rinse it, and target feed with a turkey baster. Way better than expensive pellets.

Lighting's a big one. If your LEDs are basic, try repositioning them closer to the corals. No need to upgrade if you're not keeping SPS. How many hours a day are you running them?

crinum calamistratum

I'm thinking of giving crinum calamistratum a shot in my tanks, but I've never actually kept it before. If I want to use it to fill in the back corner, I'm not sure if one bulb would be enough - I've no idea how wide a single plant will spread. Would I need to try and propagate the side-shoot bulbs ...
