Also, check your water params after treatment. Some dips can mess with the balance, especially if you're not rinsing well enough. Had a tank crash once from leftover peroxide.

If it's aphids, ladybugs are a natural predator. Not sure how you'd get 'em in the tank though, ha. Seriously though, peroxide or alum should do the trick. Keep us posted.

True, but some Buce varieties are hardier than others. The brownie types seem to handle neglect better.

Bucephalandra's got way more variety in leaf shapes and colors, but Anubias is way tougher. If your tank's chill with low light and no CO2, Anubias is gonna be the safer bet. Buce can melt if the water's not stable.

Some female bettas can be pretty feisty too, they might just take a chunk out of those guppies.
