Thanks for the advice, everyone. Gonna start with a group of 10 Cardinals and see how it goes. I'll quarantine them first and keep an eye on the feeding dynamics. Appreciate the tips on water changes and filtration too.

I've got a 75 gallon tank with 5 Discus and was thinking of adding some Tetras. Heard mixed things about compatibility. Anyone got experience with this combo? My tank's been stable for 6 months, 82°F, pH 6.8, weekly 30% water changes with Seachem Prime. Running a Fluval FX6 and got some driftwood ...

Middle works if you've got enough space around it. Mine spawned fine with the cone centered, but they're picky about water flow. Keep the sponge filter on low, and make sure the cone's not directly under light. My pair freaked out when the LED was too bright overhead.

I'm setting up a breeding tank for my Discus and wanna get the cone placement right. Got a 40 gallon bare bottom, two adults around 5 inches, temp at 86F, sponge filter running.
