Nah, man, I've never dripped mine. Just float the bag for temp, then plop 'em in. Never had issues. My tank's at 76°F, pH 7.3, and they're chillin' with some Neon Tetras.

I had one in my tank, lovely fish to watch, the way it'd dart in and out of the rock was just beautiful. I was warned about the coflakes, but thankfully never had any issues with that, just a really nice addition to the tank.

I'm not saying it's a guarantee, but I've seen scolys try to grab at anything that gets too close. If a Dragon Soul's tentacles get too close to the scoly's mouth, it's definitely possible for the scoly to try and snag it.

I'm thinking of placing it in a low-lying crevice in my tank, partially shaded by a rock. I've read that favias can tolerate low light conditions, so I'm hoping that spot would work. Anyone have experience with this coral in similar lighting?

ive had my oscar do the same thing after a fast feed, food came flying out, makes me think maybe it was something similar with your clown
