Nah, they're chill. Just give 'em a rinse every now and then to keep 'em clean. Easiest plant ever.

Yeah, Dwarf Hairgrass is dope, but it's gonna need more light than you've got unless you upgrade. Stick with the low-light stuff for now.

It can get a bit wild if you let it go, but a quick trim every couple weeks keeps it in check. Just gotta stay on top of it.

I've had good luck with Anubias Nana in my nano tank. It's slow-growing but super hardy. Just glue it to a rock or driftwood, and it'll do its thing without much fuss.
